I topped up my account today (30th Oct), but lost 6 GB of data credit — I am now down to 300
What gives ?
Well, what gives is that I did not add up the numbers 26 (th of October) and 3 (days warning). They add to 29! Which means that I should have topped up my monthly account by the TWENTY-NINTH, not the 30th or 31st of October (the end of the month).
The so-called monthly billing will catch you every time if you don’t read the details.
A warning to us all!
